Get the knowledge you need NOW for detailed footnote tagging

Program features:

  • A deep dive into the complexities of detailed footnote tagging, geared to filers in all phases of the SEC's XBRL rollout

  • Hands-on participation, in-session exercises, case studies and roundtable discussions

  • Curriculum developed and presented by seven XBRL experts from top-name organizations

The process can be significantly more complex and time-consuming than preparing face financials and it's now a requirement for every public company.

Learn how to establish best practices and the right control process to create high quality XBRL data - the SEC’s limited liability provision is being discontinued for all large accelerated filers this year and by next year, for all other filers.

This full-day program, instructed by top US XBRL experts from the FASB, PwC, Ernst & Young, Deloitte, KPMG and XBRL US, covers modeling, tag selection and review in an interactive format with exercises, discussion groups and case studies.  Examples will cover debt, income tax, AOCI roll-forward, acquisitions and segments with discussion on how lessons learned can apply to other footnote situations.  Attendees will earn 10 CPE.
