When I open the viewer it asks me to log in. How do I create an account?
In the dialog box you'll see a link "sign up". After clicking on it, fill in all the details and select Create. Your account will be created immedately. Confirm that you wish to subscribe to the group and the taxonomy will appear.
When trying to sign up, the viewer tells me that my email address already exists.
You've participated in one a public review before and your account is within our system. You should recover your password by clicking on Login (in the upper right corner of the viewer) and click on "reset it".
I'm viewing the taxonomy in the viewer but I don't see any way to comment on it.
You should see an icon with a plus sign in the right panel of the viewer. Clicking on it will display the comment screen. If you don't see it there may be a few reasons why.
- You need to select a concept. If it says "No concept selected", select one in the left navigation. You should see the plus icon when the details are displayed to the right.
- You need to be logged in. Click on "Login" in the upper right corner of the viewer.
- You may not be in the review group. In the upper right click on Profile->Review group. Place a checkmark next to Public and click update. If the icons aren't displaying log out and back in.
